Terms of Service

Welcome to VoiceBridge ("the Service"). Please read and agree to the following terms before using the Service. By registering or using the Service, you accept this agreement.

1. Service Description

VoiceBridge is a cross-device voice input tool that allows users to record speech on their phone, have it recognized as text in the cloud, and delivered in real time to a paired computer for input.

2. Plans & Quotas

2.1 Free Plan

• 600 seconds (10 minutes) of speech recognition per month.
• Maximum 15 seconds per recording.
• Up to 10 requests per minute.

2.2 Pro Plan

• 18,000 seconds (5 hours) of speech recognition per month.
• Maximum 60 seconds per recording.
• Up to 30 requests per minute.

2.3 Quota Notes

• Monthly quotas are calculated per calendar month; unused portions do not carry over.
• Once the quota is exhausted, cloud recognition is unavailable until the next month or until you upgrade.
• We reserve the right to adjust quotas with in-app notice.

3. Subscription & Payment

1. The Pro plan is billed monthly through Paddle.
2. Subscriptions auto-renew and can be canceled anytime in account settings.
3. After cancellation, Pro features remain available until the end of the current billing cycle, then downgrade to Free.
4. Refund eligibility, request steps, and processing timelines are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, subject to mandatory law.
5. Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance via in-app notice or email.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Abuse the API, exceed quota limits, or attempt to bypass them.
• Use the Service for illegal, fraudulent, or rights-infringing purposes.
• Share, transfer, or sell your account to third parties.

5. Intellectual Property

• The software, design, and copy of the Service are owned by the developer.
• Text content generated by users through the Service belongs to the user.

7. Service Changes & Termination

1. We may update, suspend, or terminate any or all features of the Service at any time.
2. Material changes will be communicated in advance.
3. You may delete your account at any time; all associated data will be cascade-deleted.
4. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this agreement.

8. Disclaimer

• The Service is provided "as is" without guarantees of continuous availability, error-free operation, or fully accurate recognition.
• Speech recognition accuracy is affected by environmental noise, accent, speech speed, etc. Results are for reference only.
• To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for direct or indirect losses arising from the use of the Service.
• The Service relies on third-party infrastructure whose outages are beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our cumulative liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

10. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, submitted to the court at the developer's domicile.

11. Agreement Changes

Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated agreement.
