VoiceBridge（以下简称"本服务"）是一款跨设备语音输入工具，允许用户通过手机录音并将识别后的文字发送至电脑。本政策说明我们收集、使用和保护您数据的方式。
1. 我们收集的数据
1.1 账户信息
- 电子邮箱地址：用于注册和登录。
- 密码：经过 Supabase Auth 加密存储，我们无法看到明文。
我们不收集昵称、头像、手机号或其他个人资料信息。
1.2 设备信息
- 设备名称、类型（手机/电脑）、操作系统平台、应用版本号、最后活跃时间。
- 用于设备配对和管理。
1.3 语音录音
- 手机端录制后，通过加密通道上传至云端语音识别服务（腾讯云 ASR）进行文字转换。
- 录音文件在识别完成后立即丢弃，不做持久化保存。
1.4 识别文本
- 语音识别产生的文字仅通过实时通道传输至您的电脑端。
- 识别文本不做持久化存储，传输完成后即从服务端删除。
1.5 用量记录
- 每次语音识别请求的元数据：时长（秒）、文件大小（字节）、成功/失败状态、错误码、估算成本。
- 用于配额管理和防止滥用。
- 保留期限：长期保留，直至您主动删除账户。
1.6 订阅信息
- 客户 ID、订阅状态、套餐周期。由支付服务商通过加密 Webhook 同步，我们不接触您的信用卡信息。
2. 数据如何被使用
- 提供语音识别和跨设备文本传输功能。
- 计算和管理您的月度使用配额。
- 处理订阅和付款。
- 排除故障和防止滥用。
我们不会将您的数据用于广告、营销或出售给第三方。
3. 第三方服务
本服务依赖以下第三方基础设施：
- Supabase（认证、数据库、实时通讯）— 隐私政策
- 腾讯云（语音识别 ASR）— 隐私政策
- Cloudflare（静态网站托管）— 隐私政策
4. 数据安全
- 所有传输使用 HTTPS / TLS 加密。
- 实时通讯频道为私有频道，仅限已认证的本人设备访问。
- 密码、支付密钥、语音识别密钥等服务端凭证不暴露在客户端。
5. 您的权利
- 访问：您可以随时登录账户查看自己的用量数据。
- 删除：您可以删除账户，所有关联数据将级联删除。
- 导出可联系邮箱申请。
- 退订：可在账户设置中随时取消订阅。
6. 数据存储位置
数据存储在 Supabase 云数据库。语音识别由腾讯云位于中国大陆的服务器处理。静态网页托管在 Cloudflare 全球 CDN。
7. Cookie
本服务不使用跟踪类 Cookie。Supabase Auth 可能使用必要的会话 Cookie 维持登录状态。
8. 未成年人
本服务不面向 13 岁以下未成年人。
9. 政策变更
本政策如有更新，将在本页面公布并更新顶部日期。

VoiceBridge ("the Service") is a cross-device voice input tool that lets users record audio on their phone and send the recognized text to a paired computer. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
1. Data We Collect
1.1 Account Information
- Email address: used for registration and login.
- Password: encrypted by Supabase Auth; we cannot see the plaintext.
We do not collect nicknames, avatars, phone numbers, or other profile information.
1.2 Device Information
- Device name, type (phone/computer), OS platform, app version, last active time.
- Used for device pairing and management.
1.3 Voice Recordings
- After recording on the phone, audio is uploaded via an encrypted channel to a cloud speech recognition service (Tencent Cloud ASR).
- Audio files are discarded immediately after recognition and are never persisted.
1.4 Recognized Text
- Text produced by speech recognition is transmitted only via a realtime channel to your computer.
- Recognized text is not persisted; it is deleted from the server after delivery.
1.5 Usage Records
- Metadata for each recognition request: duration (seconds), file size (bytes), success/failure status, error code, estimated cost.
- Used for quota management and abuse prevention.
- Retention: kept long-term until you delete your account.
1.6 Subscription Information
- Customer ID, subscription status, billing period. Synced via encrypted webhook from the payment provider; we never touch your credit card details.
2. How Data Is Used
- To provide speech recognition and cross-device text delivery.
- To calculate and enforce monthly usage quotas.
- To process subscriptions and payments.
- Troubleshooting and abuse prevention.
We will never use your data for advertising, marketing, or sell it to third parties.

- All transit uses HTTPS / TLS encryption.
- Realtime channels are private and accessible only to your authenticated devices (Supabase RLS).
- Server-side secrets (passwords, payment keys, ASR keys) are never exposed to the client.
5. Your Rights
- Access: log in anytime to view your usage data.
- Deletion: delete your account and all associated data is cascade-deleted.
- Export: contact us via email to request a data export.
- Cancel: manage or cancel your subscription anytime in account settings.
6. Data Storage Location
Data is stored in the Supabase cloud database. Speech recognition is processed by Tencent Cloud servers in mainland China. Static pages are hosted on the Cloudflare global CDN.
7. Cookies
We do not use tracking cookies. Supabase Auth may use essential session cookies to maintain login state.
8. Minors
The Service is not intended for children under 13.
9. Policy Changes
Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date at the top.
